Website Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms apply to your use of freberllc.com (the "Site"), operated by freber LLC ("freber," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. They cover the Site only; each of our apps has its own terms.
1. What the Site is
The Site gives information about freber LLC and the apps we make, a blog, a contact form and links to our apps. The Site does not sell anything. Purchases and subscriptions happen inside each app or on its own website, under that app's own terms.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to: break the law; try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or copy the Site in bulk without permission; send false or misleading information through the contact form; or interfere with the Site's operation.
3. Our content
The Site's text, graphics, logos, and the freber and app names and branding belong to freber LLC or its licensors. You may view the Site in a browser and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without our written permission, except for brief quotations with credit.
4. Blog comments
The blog is open to the public. Anyone may comment by giving a display name and an email address; no account is needed.
- Your comment is public. Your display name and comment text are shown to anyone who visits the post. Your email address is never shown.
- You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, deceptive, spam or advertising; anything that infringes someone else's rights; or anyone's private information.
- License to us. You keep ownership of your comment. By posting it you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on the Site for as long as the post is up.
- Moderation. Every comment is reviewed by us before it appears. We may hold, hide or remove any comment, and block a commenter, at our discretion and without notice. We do not have to publish any comment, and we do not endorse what commenters say.
- Removal requests. Email service@freberllc.com with the post and the name you used, and we will remove your comment.
5. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: Legal Department, freber LLC, 2607 Woodruff Rd, STE E421, Simpsonville, SC 29681, service@freberllc.com (U.S. Copyright Office DMCA registration number DMCA-1083652). Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material and where it appears on the Site, include your contact details, state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law, state that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner, and include your physical or electronic signature. We remove material that is shown to infringe and may end the access of people who repeatedly infringe.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites and services, such as app stores and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Our apps
Our apps, including any entertainment, horoscope, tarot, plant or herbal content in them, are covered by their own terms and disclaimers. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, freber LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Your comments and indemnity
You agree to cover costs and claims arising from a comment you post that breaks these terms or the law.
11. Changes and ending access
We may change the Site or these terms at any time. We will post the new terms here with a new date; using the Site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to anyone who breaks these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
